Does the free plan stay free forever?

Yes. No credit card, no trial expiry. Free tier includes the core planner, email invites, and Google Meet link generation — enough for most individuals scheduling occasional cross-timezone calls.

What happens to my meetings if I downgrade from Pro?

Your existing meetings stay intact. You lose access to Pro features on new meetings — Google Calendar RSVP invites, real free/busy scanning, and AI suggestions won't be available until you resubscribe.

Do my attendees need a thyme.works account?

No. Attendees receive an invite link and connect their calendar with one click (Google or Microsoft OAuth). They never create an account on thyme.works.

How does billing work for the Team plan?

Team is $6 per seat per month with a minimum of 5 seats ($30/month minimum). You can add or remove seats from the LemonSqueezy customer portal and billing adjusts automatically.

Can I export my meeting data?

Pro and Team plans include a CSV export of full meeting history — title, date, duration, attendees, timezones, invite method, and conference URL.
